William (Bill) Johnson has been an appraiser since 1988. Mr. Johnson is presently self-employed as an independent fee appraiser and is a licensed certified general appraiser in Michigan and Nevada, focusing primarily on commercial buildings and single-family residence. He has a multitude of certifications, license and professional affiliations in the appraisal field as well as degrees from Michigan State and Lawrence Technological University. Today he is discussing how AI can and will impact appraisals going forward.
