E004: Tracking Emotions Through the Body

This exercise is all about getting clear on your body's sensations and the relationship between physical sensations and emotional feelings. You will begin to learn how and where your body stores strong memories and emotions. The more you understand your body's unique language, the more you grow your emotional intelligence. Having access to the body's wisdom gives you additional data to access when making decisions or choices.
As in the body scan, you will be using conscious breathing and sinking your awareness into your body.
As always, I invite you suspend judgement and criticism and simply surrender to the experience. If at first you have difficulty summoning or recognizing the sensations, don't worry. Be kind and patient with yourself. As you practice, your awareness and skill will increase.
Please note, although this podcast is 20 minutes in duration, once you have mastered this practice, you will be able to do it in 5 minutes or less.
