Eddie shares his personal experience of losing his brother, Richard, to a sudden heart attack and the challenges of navigating grief in a culture that often dismisses or stigmatizes open expression of emotions.

Dr. Dean and Eddie explore how differing views on funeral customs and ceremonies within the family impacted his initial mourning, ongoing grieving, and certain relationships within the family as well as how he has been able to find and provide support.
