This podcast has been close to three years in the making and is shared in celebration of Kirsten and baby Luca who is now one year old.
Kirsten and I started working with one another back in August 2021.
At that time she had a 4 & 7 year old and had experienced 5 miscarriages. Kirsten felt in deep her heart that her family wasn’t complete. At the age of 43 and with five miscarriages behind her + consistently low thyroid function all the fertility specialists told her otherwise. That she was too old, that she would need IVF, that if she did get pregnant she would need to inject herself with medicine and take cortisone due to an apparent gene she had.
Once again she knew otherwise.
Her functional doctor told her to look at her emotions and Kirsten and I went on the wildest and most fascinating journey of continuing to change her physiology purely through processing emotions and coaching.
Not only did she manage to have a healthy baby at the age of 43, it was without IVF and without the medications that some of the top fertility specialists told her she would need.
