From the simple day-by-day process of a low key life, things have changed into a modern fast paced way of life. It’s easier than ever (in the public’s thoughts) to eat and consume readily available so-called ‘fast’ foods.

However, does this change allow you to control and maintain a healthy lifestyle or does it act the other way around?

Whatever the circumstances are, progress only happens in response to the practice of self-discipline and love.

As he leads the way in the intermittent fasting community as the author of ‘The Simple Intermittent Fasting Journal’, Brian Gryn works as an expert of that field and has also created ‘the Intermittent Fasting Certification Course.
He's a wellness coach, an author, and a human movement specialist. He also trains people personally.
