Hey there surfers and beach lovers! Welcome to your go-to surf forecast for the California coast brought to you by the National Weather Service. Let's dive right into the waves:
Starting off with Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches, we have a moderate risk of rip currents today with surf heights ranging from 2 to 4 feet. No thunderstorms expected, just pure surfing fun! Water temperature is a bit chilly at 59 to 62 degrees so grab those wetsuits. Tomorrow, expect similar conditions with mixed south and west swells.
Now, moving down to Ventura County Beaches, we have another moderate risk of rip currents. Surf heights are consistent at 2 to 4 feet, and the water temperature remains between 59 to 62 degrees. It's all about those mixed west and south swells today and tomorrow!
Venturing further south to Santa Barbara County Coasts, we see low rip current risks today with smaller surf heights of 1 to 3 feet. The water is around 61 degrees, making it a bit more inviting for a dip. Just a lovely west swell to enjoy today and tomorrow along these coastlines.
Lastly, at San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches, get ready for some bigger waves! Surf heights are ranging from 5 to 8 feet today, dropping slightly to 4 to 7 feet tomorrow. There's a mix of west and south swells to look forward to, so it's a great time to catch some exciting rides!
Remember, always keep an eye out for rip currents and stay safe out there in the water. This has been a Quiet Please Studios audio creation with the help of AI. Please subscribe and never miss a Swell! Thank you for listening.
