The holidays can trigger most of us, whether it is the people, the crowds, the gifts or just the busy-ness of it all. This can cause us to fall back into patterns, stories and wounds that we believed we had healed. In this episode, we discuss ways to stay aligned if you find yourself triggered by the holidays.
