In the musculoskeletal treatment world, especially manual therapists are guilty of doing what I call "kitchen sink treatments." Basically trying to do multiple methods, and modalities and throwing everything they can into a jammed-pack hour session.
Another issue I see is that manual therapists are all over the place with what they do and offer, essentially being a "jack of all trades, master of none."
Here's the truth...
Simplicity and focus are what truly scale and get results. Unfortunately, a majority of therapists are stuck trying to do much, instead of doing the one thing that will make the most difference.
