Shew what a week- HOW wonderful to be home now and my son is healing beautifully ☀️
I was honestly conflicted this week as my old pattern of self pressure was kicking in and inner critic showed up to try and insist I kick back into "productivity". This is a short "mini-sode" about deciding to lean into presence & TRUST that everything is exactly unfolding. How presence IS alignment- don't need to be DOING all the doing to get from point A to Point B. How freeing is that?!
Also, I recognize how each week giving your attention to a FULL ass podcast episode in the midst of a full life and other interests is A LOT. I mean I am grateful if this content here supports you AND I don't want to deliver anything that isn't really aligned and of value.
SO from here on -let's just give permission to PAUSE. Listen or NOT. I mean it. We are all growing and need TIME TO INTEGRATE.
