Do you constantly put others happiness above your own? Welcome to my old World! I was a serial people pleaser. I would constantly try to make people happy, agreeing with others on topics i didn't believe in, always apologising and on many occasions lying to fit in! WTF!
Thats not me! There are so many mixed messages nowadays to help you be the 'best' version of yourself, but what about what you think? When was the last time you really trusted your gut? In society, we seem to encouraged to no longer trust our gut, but do and think as others do. Do you trust yourself? Your instincts? When you step away form pleasing others and really tap in to who you are and what your own beliefs and values are... its an interesting Christmas! haha! (you'l have to listen to get that bit.)
