Episode 62 of the Harbir Singh podcast is all about morning routines. How do you spend the first 20mins of your day?
I've experimented to dozens of different techniques after reading books and following the lives of successful people including "the miracle morning" and "what successful people do before breakfast". Personally, I have found a simple routine works best for me.
1. Loud 10mins simran first thing, I use a countdown timer on my fitbit.
2. Reading, I am reading "noise" at the moment
3. A few press ups before your shower is a great way to prime the body for the day.
