Welcome to the show! In this first episode, I share my back story and how I came to be who I am today. I share about my life, past trauma & the different adversities I overcame including betrayal, divorce, child loss and child abuse.
I share my struggles with mental health, loss of identity, midlife crisis and the many taboo topics that aren’t necessarily dinner party talk so we can lift the shame associated with them and walk together to heal and live true to ourselves!
I know the pain of having trust broken, your world turned upside down and feeling totally alone. I know the confusion that follows, not knowing what to do next or how to feel better yet knowing there must be more to life. I have been where you are and know how to help you heal, grow and live a life Better Because of It.
I hope by sharing how I chose to create a life where I thrive rather than stay stuck in struggle or simply survive, that you might see yourself and find hope to do the same.
