The 2024 Nissan Altima comes equipped with a continuously variable automatic transmission across all engine options. The top-of-the-line Altima SR 2.0 VC-Turbo stands out with its sporty 2.0-liter VC-Turbo engine, delivering 248 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque.
