Dena Evans, accomplished runner, soccer super-fan, coach, Club Director for the Peninsula Distance Club, mother of two, and Stanford track and cross country coach from 1999-2005, joins the podcast to talk about her unlikely journey to coaching and embracing opportunities outside of her comfort zone.
