Adrian sits down with the young up and comer Paige Powers. She talks about making the jump from gymnastics to CrossFit and how it became a love she couldn't deny. She quickly understood her potential in the sport and made it to the CrossFit Games 2 times as a teen athlete. She really missed out on her opportunity take the crown during the Covid year of 2020, and since has been pursuing the CrossFit Games in the Open Female division. Last year she finished in 21st place at the Granite Games but has used that as a great source of motivation for the 2022 season. She is throwing down at the Atlas Games in just 2 weeks and is going to take a top 5 spot with no other intention, she's there to win.
