Not content with just business ventures, Jay became a co-owner of Little Brick, a beloved café and community hub located in a historic building once owned by an industrial pioneer in Edmonton. With his extensive experience in the industry, Jay played a pivotal role in the expansion of Oodle Noodle and continues to advocate for Edmonton's creative economy, using his businesses as platforms to promote local culture and support the community's development.
