Ryan Collins, executive director of the Midwest Writing Center in Rock Island explains what the organization does in the community and how its programming works to serve writers from all backgrounds, levels and aspirations.
The center hires interns, hosts writing workshops and a large annual event every summer, as well as partners for community outreach.
