Michael Scott Kimmel is a retired sociologist and current professional speaker specializing in gender studies. He is the author of various books on men and masculinity, including his 1996 title Manhood in America: A Cultural History and best-selling title Guyland: The Perilous World Where Boys Become Men.
In this encore episode, Michael and Kyle discuss Michael's most recent books, Angry White Men: American Masculinity at the End of an Era and Healing From Hate: How Young Men Get Into and Out of Violent Extremism.
