As well as seeing athletes attain what they seek, He helps their coaches create the mindset which helps even more athletes. It's the trickle-down effect of mindset in action.
In creating Mindset Rx'd, Tom drew upon mentorship under licensed councilors and sports psychologists, personal experience in an elite arm of the British Military, and countless hours devouring philosophy, neuroscience, and psychology, to create a system unrivaled elsewhere.
