Over 17 years of experience as a Physiotherapist . • Over 9 years of experience as a Fitness trainer . • Over 5 years of experience as a Running Coach . • Obtained post graduate diploma in Health Fitness and Life style Management in 2010 from University of Hyderabad (Central University). • Certifications in Yoga from University of Hyderabad. • Obtained graduation in Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) in 2001 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. • Obtained Advanced post graduation diploma in Health Care Management in 2017 from 2015 to 2017 (two years , regular course ) from Osmania University , Hyderabad . • Hands on experience in teaching proper breathing techniques. • Ability to plan individual exercise and running programs based on medial background and physical needs .
