This episode, we interview Charles Kransberger and discuss his work as a neurodiversity consultant and coach. As a professional, Charles spent his career advocating for the neurodiverse population and, in his work, he prioritizes educating various companies and employers so they genuinely understand their neurodiverse employees. At the same time, Charles emphasizes the importance of empathy and perspective in all facets, knowing that the world is still catching up to recognizing and valuing neurodiverse workers.
