Agatha began her like as a people pleaser in training, which carried into her adult life. Agatha recounts how her ex's possessiveness and control escalated over time, leading to isolation and financial abuse.

It's a story of moving goal posts, rage, enmeshment, sexual abuse, financial abuse, double standards, entitlement, belittling, undercutting, putdowns, gaslighting, control disguised as love, isolation, perfect pictures, zero responsibility, zero accountability, shame, the fog, kernels of truth, people pleasing, divorce, self love, custody, and the healing process.
