Today's Energy Elevator dives into chapter three of Dr. Deepak Chopra's "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success," the Law of Karma or Cause and Effect. Chopra introduces a new definition to karma, which may contradict other known definitions, including, "You get what you give," or, "Karma is a cat purring in my lap 'cause it loves me." Karma is the law of reaping and sowing, action and consequence, cause and effect. This chapter covers how we can practice more mindfulness, compassion, and love in our actions so that, in turn, our lives are filled with positive consequences.
