I'm Sam a Children's Creative Counsellor, a mum and Grandma.
I love opportunities to be creative, whether outdoors in the woods, on walks or at the coast, my happy place.
Doodling, singing or dancing, I'm not afraid to be silly as these times bring me joy.
I have experienced my own mental health issues throughout childhood trauma and into adulthood.
I have learnt more about myself and believe I was brought here to make a difference to children, young people and families lives.
