Plus, an awful lot of racing as the Indycars pounded round the dramatic Laguna Seca Raceway Rain delays for both IMSA sportscars and the NASCAR boys who, wait for it, for the first time, raced on an oval with wet tyres! And we come home for a lovely weekend in the sunshine as the Touring Cars entertain at Oulton where the bodywork controversy rolls on … But first the news. The F1 seat saga rolls on as Alpine now emerge as a third choice for Sainz. While Sauber academy man Theo Pourchaire goes through more heartbreak and the Japanese Superformula becomes an all-Japanese affair.
