Today's episode is a replay of the Living on Lemonade Facebook community's June class. June's topic was meditation.
I originally had a very different idea of how I wanted to deliver this topic and ended up getting an intuitive nudge to chat about different brain waves.
Let me tell you, I don't know much about brain waves lol so this was a quick education session on my part and then while live, I integrated the new learning into what I already knew and tied it all up with a pretty bow by the end.
