David is an inspiring example of perseverance and determination. After suffering a stroke seven years ago, which caused aphasia, he has found ways to adapt and thrive.
David has maintained an active life through communication strategies and advocating for himself. He also has hobbies such as cars, trains, and Frenchie bulldogs and uses technology and an online support group to thrive with his aphasia.
