Nina is the founder of Creative Events Studio Recess Living, focused on creating healthier ways to live and work.

After experiencing corporate burnout as a Television Production Manager, Nina found the power of what she calls ‘Meditation for Doers’, discovering that busying her hands could quieten her mind leading to the creation of Recess Living. Since 2020, she has helped thousands, including clients like Hello Fresh, Soho House, and Deloitte, go from mind-full to mindful. Nina is dedicated to mental health advocacy, particularly in marginalised communities, inspiring others to embrace rest, joy, and connection.
