Questions should be open ended, not a "yes or no'' and should be unbiased. Question things and do not seek agreement or a certain answer. The more opinionated and the more ways to identity yourself, the more rigid you are and easier to be attacked and offended. Ask questions vs questioning. Try to understand others more than trying to be understood. Ask children "what great questions did you ask today" vs "what did you learn today". Ask a question AS IF you do not have any opinion or bias on the subject. When asking questions, focus on the solution not the problem If you do not know who the right person is to ask a question, ask others to see if they know who the right person is to ask your question. We encourage people to express themselves and their opinions before encouraging them to ask questions and be curious. For children, don't ask the same lame questions, like "How was your day" be genuine and ask "what was the best time of your day". There is no right answer for a stupid question, that is why we should help the other party to mature the question.
