This week I'm so excited to share my journey over what has been one of the most challenging years of my life!

I wanted to demonstrate just how much your life can turn around in just one year. I personally went from one of my lowest points, having to make some huge life changes, to now thriving, happy & healthy.

I learnt the art of surrendering, not because I wanted to but because I had to in order to survive. The load was too much to carry and I had to invite the universe to take over for me, and it was the best decision of my life.

Life gets to be everything you want it to be, you just have to start with yourself first!!
