Don't feed the fear in your life and create peace. So many people create their country lifestyle based on fear.
Fear of what is in our food.
Fear of what they are spraying in the sky.
Fear of no food.
Don't create a life based on fear. Create it out of excitement and joy.
How to create peace:
- Pause when you see something of beauty. - We sat on the step for 5 minutes.
- Nothing is really that urgent. - We are the ones that put urgency on everything when really nothing is so urgent that it can't wait till tomorrow or we can't rest and have a good night's sleep on it and find a way to solve it in the morning.
- What things give you joy? - Make 5 minutes for it in your day. I love sitting on the porch. I love candles and having a beautiful scent in the home.
