In the feature interview presented by NHL Sense Arena, De Palma shares invaluable insights and lessons on coaching and development from 18 seasons of coaching junior hockey, including the last 15 with the Blazers, where pupils have included Connor Ingram of the Utah Hockey Club, Dylan Garand of the New York Rangers and Dylan Ferguson, who is coming off his first KHL season and playing for the Ottawa Senators two years ago. De Palma also sheds some light on short-format coaching after winning gold with Canada at the under-18 World Championships, and ahead of coaching Canada again at the upcoming Glinka Gretzky Cup, Aug. 5-10 in Edmonton.
