Healing is a process and today, I am being vulnerable and authentic, as I share the camera and microphone anxiety I had (and still do have) through my journey in podcasting.
As I look back, I can see improvement. I also see, through compassionate eyes, room for further improvement.
My AV geek resigned, so this is all my own production. This too is a learning process.
