In this week's episode I chat about the WHY behind the Lumi Glo Radiance Rituals. Suffering from burnout and long covid was the start of me self care and self development. EFT Tapping, meditations, affirmations and subliminals have been an integral part of who I am today. My nervous system is so much more regulated.
We live such busy lives and so many of don't take the time to really take those moments of self care or magic for ourselves. By having a ritual that is so easy to incorporate in to your day that takes 5 or 10 minutes, falling asleep to a beautiful subliminal you will start to see shifts in your mindset and your skin. How you feel on the inside really affects how you look on the outside.
I really want to empower women to take those moments for themselves while they are doing their skincare and giving themselves the love they deserve each and every day.
