Ben Miller is a 24 year Veteran of the US Army National Guard where he worked in several areas involving Leadership & Resilience Training, as well as multiple overseas deployments, including Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Ben discusses the need for veterans to have anchors in their lives to sustain them in times of trial and difficulty.
America's veterans need more mental and physical support from the military and their individual communities.
