In this episode, our team at Freedom Unfolding dives deep into a transformative exercise for honoring grief and releasing the past. Each week we offer education, options, and inspiration to find your Truth, find your Voice, and find your Freedom. In Episode 2, we introduced a practical tool for the audience called the “Goodbye Letter.” This week, in Episode 3, we will be reading each of our Goodbye Letters to honor life before this season of change, offer gratitude for what was, and release what is no longer serving. Through the process of writing a goodbye letter we are provided the opportunity to release baggage associated with outdated systems, harmful worldviews, old concepts of thought, and anything that feels out of alignment. This is our Goodbye to the Past Paradigm. When we set the intention to let go of old ways of being, we create Space for something new to blossom.
