So many times in my life, my past mistakes or even the mistakes of generations have weighed heavy on me like an anchor tied to my neck. It weighs me down and continues to take me farther down into the depths.
But it doesn’t have to be like this….there is a choice to overcome the mindset that keeps us there.
In this solo episode, I discuss the mindsets that keep us with this anchor tied to our throat. I follow that up with a framework that will help you destroy that mindset, allowing you to shed the anchor, allowing you to pick it up to use as an asset in your toolbox.
When we figure out how to do that, we figure out how to use these experiences to now improve our lives and also improve the lives of the once we lead.
