After listening to a few episodes of Fear, Move Aside you might be wondering...who is she? What does she know about confronting fears? Does she understand how difficult it is at all?
I'm here to tell you I do understand. I went through it all. I used to sit on the sidelines of life, scared of venturing outside of my element. I hid comfortably in my shell.
I reached a low point where I was unhappy in each area of my life - my career, my social group, my health, and my well-being. I knew I wasn't living the life for me. I knew fear was completely holding me back. Most importantly, I knew if I didn't find a way to conquer those fears, I would remain unhappy, stuck, and unhealthy.
Self-help books didn't help. Motivational speeches didn't cut it either. I had to be creative in figuring out how I was going to release myself from the constraints of fear and work towards my full potential.
In this episode of Fear, Move Aside hear how I first started overcoming my fears, leading to eventually recongizing achievements I could've never envisioned for myself.
Because at one point not too long ago, I was exactly where you are now.
