Record keeping!
With things like digital TOS, acceptance screens, medical treatment forms allowing you to be treated by the doctor... there's a lot of blind faith put into these forms and records in general. But sometimes the single situation can be seen in drastically different ways, which is why we find it important to talk about!
Thank you Ruth for the suggestion and sharing your experience with us! We've definitely had our own moments of finding out the notes from a visit were written down much differently than the visit we experienced.
