This was a high energy, engaging conversation with a man who has accomplished many things on multiple levels. Bill has built successful businesses ranging from a chain of doughnut and ice cream franchises, to multiple businesses in the automotive/car care industry. He's been in higher education (mostly adjunct, but a full-time lecture at Penn State University for 12 years) for almost 40 years. He's the author of 5 books, 2 on goal setting, 2 on leadership, and 1 on interpersonal communication skills as well as the author of many executive education programs.
