Following a period of burnout in 2018, Louise made a promise to herself that she would do whatever it took to never feel that bad again. She left a successful career in law in order to pursue a coaching career but ended up on a completely different journey than the one she envisaged. Looking back, she now considers that burnout as the start of a great awakening - and it's been a wild ride. With wellbeing at the core of everything she does, Louise now helps people to move away from societal "shoulds" in order to do life and work their way and be really well in the process.
