Since overcoming a stroke as a teen, Kim Jacques, a mid-life health and lifestyle coach, has lived a life of exploration, adventure, and entrepreneurship.

After establishing a wellness center and gaining a deep knowledge of health and epigenetics, Kim helps women think beyond the now and step confidently into the next stage of their lives.

My passion for wellness was born out of my own teenage brain injury and a desire to live a medication free lifestyle. I have spent my entire career helping people to access the power that lies within themselves to thrive. I now specialize in helping midlife women step beyond the crisis and into the creation of their next amazing chapter in life so that they can fulfill their ultimate purpose with confidence & ease.

I've been a wellness professional since 1999 as a massage & polarity therapist, an educator, a school administrator, a health coach, a professional network marketer and the owner of a community wellness center.
