When you hone in on your strengths, you can find joy in what you do and it will bring you success. In your work or home life, find what you do best and create a clear description of what your role is in each relationship you are in. What interests you? What are your natural talents? Find the little talents you have to build on your regular day-to-day tasks. They talk about how they found what they do best and "turned on the light switch" which led to so many successes in their lives. They also explore the joy of sharing their talents and strengths with others. Teaching others the way or giving them the tools to succeed, won’t be letting them free for others to take!
