Back home from completing a four-day work weekend, Dr. Nii joins Dr. Renée in the studio to talk about a recent Wall Street Journal article that reported on Stanford Health Care residents joining the Committee of Interns and Residents (CIR), the largest housestaff union in the United States. The doctors discuss their personal experiences with unions as well as the varied implications of this supermajority move.
