As moms we wear all the hats from taking care of the kids, to schoolwork, the home and some of us maybe working as well. The one thing I have learned is when I take control of my time in my day, I am less likely to get distracted and resentful with myself for not getting certain things done. I do not want that to be the case for you. This episode will give you some tips you can use to get some structure in your day.

prioritizing your workouts as a stay-at-home mom?

Well, you are not alone! As a busy mom myself with a preschooler and a new kindergartener that I homeschool, life can get really overwhelming really quick! This is why I wanted to share this episode with you because even though we may have the right plan or our hearts are set on getting healthier, we still have to look at other areas as to why we may not be able to stay consistent.

I am confident that as you look at these reasons why you may be inconsistent, you will come up with a plan that works for you.
