This Podcast will discuss the upcoming 7-day juice/liquid diet I and a few friends are embarking on. The most important thing to note about a diet is that food is communication and if you get that it will change your perspective on what you eat and why you eat it. The act of fasting isn’t a punishment or some private torture that a person endures to watch a few pounds slide off the scale. Fasting has been done for so long that it is considered standard practice in most parts of the world and it is very safe. This week we are going to invite you to do the 7 day fast with us, discuss the side effects that are expected and when to stop a fast. Also, I will discuss why it’s beneficial to fast and why we are doing this in the first place. I am so happy that we can come together and do something that will improve our lives!
