In todays episode Matilda talks about the perils of ego and how it can be a good protective mechanism but a poor way to deal with day to day conflicts.
She talks about how ego can stop us really understanding ourselves and other people and once we learn to live with less ego we can remain calm, less combative and more authentic in our day to day endeavours.
