Habits are the building blocks of our lives! For 2024 I wanted life to be different. I knew I had to be the one to change in order to get different results. I started calling it a "capacity building season" because it felt like a mess but that's how you get going! I knew my systems and priorities were going to need tinkering to actually help with that.
