I’m not TOTALLY against Bucket Lists, but…
Stop putting things in your "Bucket List" that you have no intention of doing. Instead create a "Gallon of Goals" to pour into your "Plan Pail" and stop dreaming about what you could do and start scheming about what you WILL DO!
The fastest route to Regret-Town is found in the phrase, "maybe one day I'll..."
The first quarter of 2023 is OVER! What were you plans and goals? What have you achieved and what are you working on?
Are you ready to make your dreams a reality? If so, it’s time to get organized and start taking action!
- The first step is overcoming procrastination. We all have busy lives, but we can’t let interruptions distract us from achieving the goals we set. Making the most of your available time and energy means setting aside time for working towards our dreams. Spend a few hours each day, for instance, working on a project that will enable you to realize your goals. Once you’ve established that routine, it will be easier to keep up with it and stay motivated.
- Next, break down a big goal into smaller ones so it doesn't feel overwhelming. Break it down into tasks that are manageable and create a timeline for yourself. This will make it easier for you to stay focused and make sure each step is completed.
- Finally, surround yourself with positive people who can encourage you to keep going even when things seem tough. Having a strong support squad, cheerleaders, and accountability buddies can make all the difference in achieving success!
