Sarah discusses how she feels about not being able to have children, what this means for her as a women, how it has affected her past relationships and how now she uses her own experiences to help others.
Trigger warning - Sarah very bravely also opens up about the guilt and feelings she carries following a very upsetting personal experience which led to her having to end a pregnancy when she was just 18 years old. She discusses how things that happen in our past can deeply affect us many years on.
